General Description

The XL1509 is a 150 KHz fixed frequencyPWM buck (step-down) DC/DC converter,capable of driving a 3A load with highefficiency, low ripple and excellent line andload regulation. Requiring a minimumnumber of external components, the regulatoris simple to use and include internalfrequency compensation and afixed-frequency oscillator.The PWM control circuit is able to adjust theduty ratio linearly from 0 to 100%. An enablefunction, an over current protection functionis built inside. When second current limitfunction happens, the operation frequencywill be reduced from 150KHz to 50KHz. Aninternal compensation block is built in tominimize external component count.
